Rally is a messaging platform for local service businesses, operated by M2Innovate LLC. Text messages are sent by each business to its own customers; Rally hosts their sign-up and consent pages on this site. References to “Rally,” “we,” and “us” in these Terms mean M2Innovate LLC.
These Terms govern your use of the Rally website during our pre-launch period. By using this site you agree to them.
The site today
Rally is not yet generally available. This website provides information about Rally and lets you join a notify list. Features, availability, and pricing described here are subject to change.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law.
When your business uses Rally to message customers on WhatsApp, the following applies.
Your WhatsApp account
Your business owns its WhatsApp Business Account and its Meta Business Verification.
Customer consent
Your business is responsible for obtaining end-user messaging consent (opt-in) before messaging customers on WhatsApp.
Templates and policy
Your business is responsible for its message templates and for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Access you grant Rally
Your business grants Rally On-Behalf-Of access only so Rally can operate the service. You can revoke that access at any time.
