If you also want text updates about the job — appointment confirmations, quotes and quote follow-ups, arrival times, and answers to your questions — you can opt in below. That part is optional, and your request goes through either way. Messages come from the business you hired, sent using Rally.
What you'll receive if you opt in
Only if you check the box. Conversational messages about your job from the business you hired: confirming an appointment, sending or following up on a quote, letting you know when they're on the way, and replying to questions you send them. Message frequency varies — many messages are replies to you. We never send marketing or promotional texts through this sign-up.

How to stop
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END) to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Other ways you may have signed up
You can also start the conversation by texting the business directly at the number they gave you — on their invoice, their listing, or their card. Either way, the business tells you it will text you about your job and that you can reply STOP at any time. See our opt-in workflow documentation for exactly how each of these works.
